Responsibilities
- Execute tasks for the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform
- Implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations within SailPoint ISC
- Act as a key technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Work independently within a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with other team members
Requirements
- Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least one year specifically focused on SailPoint Identitiy Security Cloud (ISC)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; SailPoint professional certifications are preferred
- Experience with application onboarding and migration, particularly from legacy IAM solutions to SailPoint ISC
- Solid understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently within a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with other team members
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and support complex identity governance initiatives
Skills
- Knowledge of core Identity and Access Management principles
