Responsibilities
- Execute tasks for the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; assist in planning, designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition
- Implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations within SailPoint ISC; set up workflows, policies, and connectors to meet business and security requirements under the guidance of project leads
- Act as a key technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process
- Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and operational guides; adhere to best practices for ongoing ISC administration and governance
Requirements
- Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least one year specifically focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; SailPoint professional certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are preferred
- Experience with application onboarding and migration; demonstrated experience contributing to at least one migration project from a legacy IAM solution (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC
- Solid understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering; knowledge of IAM and governance concepts, security controls, and regulatory requirements related to access governance (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to work independently within a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with other team members
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and support complex identity governance initiatives
