Senior Associate, Program Manager / Business Analyst (Asset Management)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition, execution, and implementation of project scope for data-driven initiatives across the investment and operations lifecycle
  • Manage project planning, testing, and delivery, ensuring all Business Process, Data, and Technology milestones are achieved on time
  • Identify project issues and risks proactively; develop and execute mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of data-driven projects, fostering alignment and accountability
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions regularly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, steering committee updates, and project reporting
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between Data, Technology, and Business teams — translating technical concepts for business audiences and business needs for technical teams

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with project teams and business/technology stakeholders to understand business problems, pain points, and current processes related to data utilization across multiple domains
  • Gather, analyze, and document current-state and future-state business process flows, translating complex workflows into clear functional requirements
  • Lead requirements analysis sessions; define acceptance criteria and ensure solutions address root business needs
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities where data can unlock operational efficiency and better investment decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required with 5+ years of experience in business analysis and program management in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Experience working with financial market data, including security master development, benchmark, and corporate actions data
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale strategic initiatives and interface effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading initiatives with a focus on leveraging data for business process improvement
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to senior audiences

Location

New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
