Senior Associate, Product Marketing
The Sr. Associate, Product Marketing will partner with Marketing and Guest Experience product teams to bring SevenRooms’ venue-management and front-of-house technology to market. You’ll work cross-functionally and with external partners to drive go-to-market activity, embed the voice of the customer into every phase of the product life cycle, and communicate new-product rollouts both internally and externally.

The Product Marketing team is the driving force behind the brand’s visibility and adoption in the hospitality industry. As a member of this team, you’ll collaborate with creative thinkers, data-driven strategists, and storytellers to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build business cases for new product and feature development in the Venue Management area.
- Review and refine product requirements to align with customer and business needs.
- Leverage data and client product metrics to develop business cases for core products and features.
- Gather and distill market feedback and industry learnings to shape and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Develop and execute growth plans to drive wider client adoption of Venue Management products.
- Manage beta testing to ensure successful launches and accelerate product-market fit.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to design and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Customer Marketing on integrated campaigns that drive platform usage and adoption.
- Design and lead the go-to-market process, implementing standards from inception to launch.
- Drive internal communication to ensure the right stakeholders are informed at the right time.
- Produce engaging product content and narratives for SevenRooms products.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends, incorporating learnings into ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain buy-in for product initiatives and set clear expectations and goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally or with clients, including expectation setting, discovery, collaboration, and delivery.
- Ability to quickly understand a specific client domain and identify trends and opportunities.
- Curiosity to dig deep into solutions with an eye toward continuous improvement and creative thinking.
- Experience in Hospitality and knowledge of restaurant and hotel operators (preferred but not required).
- Experience with email and retention marketing products (a plus).
- Open mind and flexibility to test new approaches and turn failures into wins.
Pay
National base pay range for this position within the United States: $95,200–$140,000 USD.

Schedule
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g., ~6.7 hours/month at 40 hours/week; ~3.4 hours/month at 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g., ~5.8 hours/month at 40 hours/week; ~2.9 hours/month at 20 hours/week).
