Senior Associate, Product Manager - Debit Experiences
About the role
The Senior Associate Product Manager will own the digital wallet experience end to end, spanning provisioning, tokenization, and token lifecycle management. The role involves making it effortless for customers to add their debit card to digital wallets and keeping credentials working seamlessly over time.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tech teams to define comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify any additional research needed for future feature design.
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving your team towards a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk.
- Work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features utilizing new and evolving technology.
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions that help customers.
- Deliver well-managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management.
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $101,100 - $171,000 annually for Sr. Associate, Product Management and $149,800 - $205,100 annually for Manager, Product Management. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
Schedule
This role is full-time.
