About the role
The Senior Associate Product Manager will own the digital wallet experience end to end, spanning provisioning, tokenization, and token lifecycle management. The role involves making it effortless for every customer to add their debit card to the digital wallet and managing those credentials over time.
Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive acceptance criteria with tech teams to define future feature design
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, focusing on delivering MVPs for valid features
- Use hypothesis-driven assessments of data to ensure products or features meet real business needs
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk
- Work autonomously in an agile environment to develop features utilizing new and evolving technology
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions
- Deliver well-managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy
- Harness a network of trusted relationships among tech teams, designers, key internal stakeholders, and partner teams
- Elevate the team’s results by articulating a succinct product roadmap and sharing with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $101,100 - $126,900 annually. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
