Senior Associate, Debit Platform Data Product Manager

About the role

Product Management at Capital One is a dynamic role that involves reimagining the status quo, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.

The role is part of a team that maintains an existing legacy catalog of data related to debit card authorization, settlement, and servicing. You will assist multiple teams in consuming data for various use cases and will be responsible for elevating the data to the next level, automating multiple use cases, and building for the future with new data input patterns. You will become a subject matter expert, receive the necessary tools to succeed, and be surrounded by a team of high performers who are dedicated to your success.

In this role, you will spend 60% of your time working within defined spaces to deliver clearly articulated objectives and 40% of your time creating direction in green field spaces.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
