Responsibilities
- Modernize the Experience: Develop and implement products that support a top-tier commercial bank, focusing on high-availability mobile and web interfaces.
- Empower the Field: Create strategies that enable financial advisors with mobile-optimized tools, facilitating a seamless "anywhere" operation for loan management and treasury products.
- Drive Mobile Innovation: Build always-on technologies using push notifications and real-time data to boost profitability and empower associates.
- Orchestrate Delivery: Own the roadmap for new features, ensuring feature parity and a consistent user experience across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Risk Mitigation: Implement robust security measures and automated monitoring systems to strengthen controls and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience launching mobile-first features or managing mobile app lifecycles.
- 1+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital or mobile products.
- 1+ years of experience with responsive design, mobile APIs, or core platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Product Owner.

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $101,100 to $115,400 for Senior Associate, Product Management positions in Charlotte, NC, and Richmond, VA. Performance-based incentives may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives (LTI).
Schedule
