Senior Associate, Product Management - Client & Associate Platforms (Mobile & Web)
About the role
The Product Management role at Capital One is a key position that involves reimagining the digital banking experience. We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the development of innovative multi-platform banking tools.
Responsibilities
- Modernize the Experience: Deliver products that support a Top 10 Commercial Bank, prioritizing high-availability mobile and web interfaces.
- Empower the Field: Craft strategies that equip our financial advisors with mobile-optimized tools, enabling a world-class, "anywhere" operation for loan management and treasury products.
- Drive Mobile Innovation: Build “always on” technologies, leveraging push notifications and real-time data to increase profitability and empower associates.
- Orchestrate Delivery: Own the roadmap for new features, ensuring feature parity and a consistent UX across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
- Risk Mitigation: Strengthen controls through automated monitoring and secure mobile authentication protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience launching mobile-first features or managing mobile app lifecycles.
- 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital or mobile products.
- 1+ years of experience with responsive design, mobile APIs, or core platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years working in an Agile environment as a Product Owner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, data science, or software engineering.

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location. For example, in Charlotte, NC, the minimum annual salary is $101,100 and the maximum is $115,400 for a Senior Associate, Product Management role. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. For other locations, the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
