About the role
We’re searching for a Lewisville, TX-based Implementation Specialist to join our team, delivering successful client implementations that drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value from RLDatix solutions. The Senior Associate Implementation Specialist will configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize healthcare software solutions while partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes and support our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.
Responsibilities
- Configure SaaS platform workflows, business rules, and system settings to deliver successful client implementations aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in order to drive implementation success and promote product adoption.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues to ensure stable system performance and timely resolution of client challenges.
- Validate platform configurations and conduct testing activities in order to support smooth go-live readiness and deployment accuracy.
- Maintain and enhance existing customer environments to support upgrades, interface changes, workflow improvements, and long-term client success.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, healthcare technology, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Proven success in delivering software implementations and resolving complex technical or operational challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, healthcare data standards such as HL7, XML, and JSON, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to commute to the Lewisville, TX office.
- Sincere interest in healthcare technology and improving outcomes for healthcare organizations and their patients.
- A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
