About The Role
The Senior Implementation Specialist serves as the primary technical and consultative resource for insurance carrier clients implementing automated system-to-system integrations and API-based data solutions. This customer-facing role combines insurance industry expertise, project leadership, and technical consulting to guide clients through implementation, ensure successful outcomes, and build long-term trusted partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead insurance carrier implementations of API and system-to-system integrations supporting underwriting, rating, and risk assessment workflows.
- Act as the primary
