About the role

This position is responsible for managing and optimizing business applications to support the organization's revenue strategy and growth. The role ensures effective system adoption, improves processes, and leverages technology to enhance efficiency and user outcomes within go-to-market operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and technical delivery of assigned business systems.
• Drive application adoption through identifying gaps and coaching and training.
• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation and user materials.
• Lead system enablement and collaborate on user training plans.
• Identify and create integrations within the technology ecosystem.
• Support the Salesforce team by managing discovery, technical coordination, and communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in go-to-market operations and system development or consulting, preferably in post-sales functions.
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related support ecosystems.
• 2+ years of experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
• Ability to lead stakeholder sessions and collaborate across teams.
• Skilled in process flow creation, gap analysis, KPI and adoption metrics, project scoping, and change management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

Pay

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $100,600 to $148,000 USD. Compensation includes opportunities for equity grants. Base salary is localized based on employee work location and market conditions.
