We produce thousands of performance-driven video ads every month for top DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies — constantly testing, learning, and optimizing to win in-feed.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and execute winning META strategies that consistently exceed client KPIs.
- Transform complex data sets into decisive insights that accelerate client growth.
- Own full-funnel paid social performance across your book of accounts.
- Influence key stakeholders through compelling strategy presentations.
- Tackle complex optimization challenges others can't solve.
- Collaborate closely with Creative and Strategy teams to enhance ad performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of paid social experience managing high-budget accounts ($500K+/month).
- D2C / E-commerce background — you understand the unique dynamics of direct-to-consumer brands.
- META media buying expertise that sets you apart from your peers.
- Absolute spreadsheet mastery — advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Proven track record of solving complex challenges independently.
- Confident presenter — ability to command a room during high-stakes client presentations.
- Principled thinker — you approach marketing with frameworks and first-principles reasoning.
Bonus points for
- TikTok platform experience.
- Data analysis and basic coding skills (SQL, Python, etc.).
- Executive-ready QBR development expertise.
- Creative strategy understanding that enhances media performance.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
$100,000–$130,000 base + uncapped monthly performance incentives + stock options.
