Senior Associate General Counsel, Client Contracting - Remote

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead attorney on high-value complex client contracts
• Lead negotiations of contracts with significant financial exposure
• Draft and review non-standard contract terms
• Oversee contracts through their entire lifecycle
• Advise senior leaders on contractual and regulatory risks
• Communicate complex legal issues clearly to executive leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise relationships

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10+ years in complex commercial PBM contracting
• Demonstrated experience leading high-stakes negotiations as first-chair counsel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive audiences

Pay

$159,300 – $273,200 annually
