Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full Stack Engineer to join our Middle Office platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the delivery of software solutions for business-critical Middle Office platforms
  • Applies sound technical judgment to solve engineering problems with a focus on stability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Collaborates with architects, engineers, product partners, and operations teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions
  • Supports the design, development, testing, and support of assigned applications, components, or features
  • Participates in technical discussions, code reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
  • Uses AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to support delivery speed and code quality
  • Works effectively in Agile delivery teams and contributes to execution against committed outcomes
  • Builds domain knowledge in financial services and applies that knowledge to support solution quality and business alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in enterprise environments required.
  • 2 plus years of experience in software development required.
  • Experience building and supporting reliable, scalable software in production environments
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed application development
  • Experience with relational databases, data modelling, and performance optimization
  • Experience with Micro Services, CI/CD, container technologies
  • Familiarity with Kafka/MQ, distributed processing, large data platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in Agile software development practices, including testing, code management, release processes, and production support
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in python or any scripting language will be a plus
