Senior Associate, Digital Marketing
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Key parts:
- Intro: "For over forty years, HarbourVest has been home to a committed team..." etc. This is about company culture. Could be "About the role" or "About the company"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
We have:
- Hybrid work arrangement: 18 remote workdays per quarter, etc. That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section.
- Pay: Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000, plus bonus, long-term reward programs, total rewards package. So we can have Pay section.
- Benefits: mention total rewards package includes retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, wellness programs. Could be Benefits.
- Responsibilities: "What you will do:" list bullet points.
- Requirements/Qualifications: "What you bring:" list bullet points.
- Skills: maybe combine with qualifications? But we can have Skills section for specific skills like AEM, CMS, project management, analytics, etc.
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing the role: "We are looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Associate to act as a key operational partner..." That's about the role.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove lines like "HarbourVest is an equal opportunity employer." Also remove "This position will be a hybrid work arrangement." Actually that's schedule info, we keep but maybe rephrase.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep details like 18 remote workdays per quarter, example, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Associate to act as a key operational partner on our digital marketing team. In this role, you will manage content production workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — coordinating between content collaborators and our authoring team to keep pages accurate and on schedule — while also coordinating project delivery with our development partners and helping maintain the quality, consistency, and compliance of our web presence. This role sits at the intersection of content production management and project coordination. Act as the link between partners who need content published and the authoring team who builds it. Handle briefs, reviews, and approvals. Step in to author pages directly when circumstances or timing make it necessary.
Maybe also include intro about HarbourVest culture? Could be part of About the role or separate About the company but not required. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can include company culture in About the role or maybe we can add a brief About the company paragraph under About the role. But we must not invent headings. We'll keep About the role focusing on role description.Responsibilities
- Run AEM content production: Coordinate with the authoring team to keep web pages — including team profiles, news, press releases, fund pages, event content, and thought leadership — accurate and on schedule.
- Translate team member requests into clear authoring briefs, handle review and approval cycles, and author pages directly when workload or timing requires it.
- Coordinate digital projects: Serve as a central point of coordination for digital marketing requests, handling intake, triage, and prioritization through Monday.com.
- Track timelines and dependencies across collaborators, the internal team, and external agency partners, and facilitate clear communication between business teams and development.
- Implement quality and governance: Maintain authoring workflows, QA checklists, and publishing standards across all content production.
- Coordinate with UX, design, and development partners on component configuration, template usage, and content formatting.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Provide operational coverage: Act as a reliable backup for the Director on collaborator communication, content reviews, and workflow management.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, IT, compliance, and regional teams to support smooth collaboration on web projects, localization requests, and compliance workflows.
- Support analytics and continuous improvement: Monitor website performance using analytics tools, help prepare regular reports on engagement and content performance, translate data into actionable content decisions, and proactively surface UX issues, content gaps, or process inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience authoring and handling content in a web CMS — experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is strongly preferred; experience with WordPress or a comparable enterprise CMS is also valued.
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience, including running timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional workflows.
- Experience coordinating work between internal teams and external agencies or development partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or Jira).
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Familiarity with AEM authoring workflows, including page templates, components, content fragments, and DAM (Digital Asset Manager) is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, private equity, or other regulated industries, including exposure to compliance review processes for web content (e.g., regulatory disclosures, cookie policies, country-specific requirements) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and their integration with web experiences is a plus.
Pay
- Base Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 (USD)
- Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and overall firm performance.
- Total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package (retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, wellness programs).
- Note: Posted ranges apply only within the U.S.; should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
Schedule
This position is a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
Now About the role: we already have. We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "HarbourVest is an equal opportunity employer." Remove. Also remove "This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements." That's part of Pay but we can keep as note. It's substantive? It's explanatory but we can keep as part of Pay note. We must not include "Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries." Already included. Now check for any other substantive content: "Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography." That's also part of Benefits note. We'll include that in Benefits. Now ensure we didn't miss any responsibilities: "Act as the link between partners who need content published and the authoring team who builds it. Handle briefs, reviews, and approvals. Step in to author pages directly when circumstances or timing make it necessary." Already covered in About the role maybe but we could also include in Responsibilities. But we already have responsibilities list covering many items; we could add a bullet for that. However the responsibilities list already includes "Run AEM content production: Coordinate with the authoring team to keep web pages ... accurate and on schedule. Translate team member requests into clear authoring briefs, handle review and approval cycles, and author pages directly when workload or timing requires it." That covers. Now check for any missing details: "This role sits at the intersection of content production management and project coordination." Already in About the role. Now check for any missing qualifications: "Education Preferred Bachelor of Arts (B.A) / Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience". We'll add bullet under Requirements or Qualifications. Let's add a Qualifications section for education. But we already have Requirements; we could add education bullet there. However the instruction includes Qualifications heading; we could use that for education. Let's create:Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) / Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience.
