Senior Associate
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to support laboratory-based analytical work that helps drive process and product development across a dynamic development environment. Our team is looking for someone who can contribute through hands-on testing, careful documentation, and collaborative scientific problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Perform sample analysis using HPLC, UPLC, dissolution, KF, and wet chemistry techniques.
- Support method development and analytical testing for process and product development activities.
- Document results accurately and completely using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks.
- Operate specialized laboratory equipment, maintain laboratory housekeeping, and follow safety guidelines and site procedures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
- 2 years of experience performing analytical testing.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, dissolution, KF, and wet chemistry.
- Ability to work in a fully onsite, laboratory-based environment with a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST schedule.
