Senior Associate, Digital Activation
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include headings like About the Team, About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Additional Information (maybe Benefits). We need to include only sections with real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO lines: "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." Also "Publicis Groupe motto..." etc. That's not boilerplate? It's about diversity, but maybe it's okay to keep as part of Additional Information? It's not boilerplate but it's about company values. Might keep. However we need to remove duplicated lines. There's no duplication obvious. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include: - Company Description (maybe as a paragraph before sections). The instruction: Use
for prose. So we can have a
for Company Description. - Overview? There's a heading "Overview" but then directly "ABOUT THE TEAM". Might treat Overview as part of intro? Could just include as a paragraph. Better structure:
Company Description ...
Overview ...
About the Team
... (the paragraph about Senior Associate role reporting into Supervisor, part of Digital Strategy & Activation Team, description of team work)

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 11/21/2026.
We need to include Pay section? The compensation range is within Additional Information. Could also create a Pay section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could keep compensation within Additional Information. But we could also split out Pay. However they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. It does have compensation range. So we could create a Pay section with that info. But then Additional Information would lose compensation. Might be better to have separate Pay section and keep Additional Information for benefits etc. Let's decide: We'll create sections: About the Team, About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Soft Skill Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Additional Information (maybe containing motto, EEO, accommodation contact, deadline). However Benefits are described in Additional Information paragraph. Could extract benefits into Benefits section. The posting includes benefits package details. So we can create Benefits section with that list. Then Additional Information can contain motto, EEO, accommodation contact, deadline. Pay section separate. Let's parse: Benefits: "Our benefits package includes medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, as well as parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off." Also later: "For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off." Slight duplication. We'll combine. Pay: "Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off." Actually that last sentence repeats benefits; but we already have benefits. Might keep in Pay? Might be redundant. We'll keep Pay section with compensation range and note about determination. Additional Information: motto, EEO, accommodation contact, deadline. Let's craft HTML. We need to avoid markdown fences. Just raw HTML. We'll start with company description paragraph. Then overview paragraph (maybe combine with company description? Actually there is a separate "Overview" heading but no content under it besides the team description. We'll treat overview as part of company description? The text: "Overview ABOUT THE TEAM The Senior Associate role will report into the Supervisor position and will be a part of the Digital Strategy & Activation Team. This team works collectively to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of and a pulse on the media landscape, make smart investments with media partners, negotiating mutually favorable terms, and plan and execute client media buys that best deliver on their business and marketing objectives." So we can have a paragraph for Overview (maybe just that sentence). Then a section About the Team (maybe redundant). Actually the overview includes the team description. Could just have About the Team section with that content. We'll not duplicate. Thus:Company Description ...
Overview: The Senior Associate role will report into the Supervisor position and will be a part of the Digital Strategy & Activation Team. This team works collectively to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of and a pulse on the media landscape, make smart investments with media partners, negotiating mutually favorable terms, and plan and execute client media buys that best deliver on their business and marketing objectives.
ThenAbout the Team
maybe not needed if we already gave overview. But we could keep About the Team as heading with same content? That would duplicate. Better to not have About the Team heading; just use Overview paragraph. However instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not mandatory to have About the Team. We can omit if content is covered in Overview paragraph. But we have a separate "ABOUT THE TEAM" heading in original; we could treat that as About the Team section. Let's keep it:About the Team
with that paragraph. Thus we will have Overview paragraph maybe not needed. Actually we can combine: The overview paragraph is essentially the same as About the Team. So we can just have About the Team section and skip separate Overview. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have About the Team section with that description. We'll not have a separate Overview paragraph. Thus structure:Company Description ...
