Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day oversight of digital campaigns being activated across programmatic, search, and social platforms ensuring alignment to integrated investment strategies and client objectives.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize outcomes.
- Execute campaign optimizations and ensure campaigns deliver against guaranteed KPIs while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to support media plan execution and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Support media plan development through data analysis, insights, and performance considerations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen campaign performance.
- Develop campaign reporting, including performance analysis, insights, and optimization recommendations aligned to guaranteed KPIs.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to Managers and broader team.
- Create client-facing deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
- Maintain a high level of campaign performance and ensure consistent delivery against client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and support to Associates on campaign management, reporting, and pacing to ensure strong execution.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and aligned with campaign requirements and organizational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies across campaign management and reporting processes.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of digital media channels, including programmatic, search, social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and support junior team members.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a drive to learn and grow.
- Experience managing or supporting digital media campaigns within an agency or similar environment.
- Experience with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members (a plus).
- Foundational knowledge of advertising, marketing, and media principles.
- Industry certifications (e.g. Google, Programmatic, Social platforms) are a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience managing or supporting digital media campaigns within an agency or similar environment.
Benefits
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
Pay
$40,000 - $75,000
