Senior Associate, Contractor Relationship Management & Engagement

Responsible for managing contractor relationships and engagement strategies to enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contractor relationship management plans.
• Engage contractors in strategic planning sessions to align project goals.
• Monitor and report on contractor performance metrics.
• Facilitate regular meetings between internal teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contractor management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage and engage contractors effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
