Accountabilities

  • Lead contract management activities
  • Support client delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contracting processes and team capabilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements
  • Manage complex negotiations independently
  • Partner with delivery leads and client stakeholders to resolve contract issues
  • Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior contract professionals
  • Identify opportunities to improve client contracting processes
  • Maintain accurate contract data and records
  • Support the development and enhancement of contract templates, playbooks, negotiation tools, and knowledge resources
  • Stay current on relevant legal, regulatory, and commercial developments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong contract negotiation experience
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage complex legal work independently
  • Significant autonomy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business objectives
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
  • Experience managing client relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with matter management systems and contract management tools
  • Adaptable, accountable, team-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement
