Responsibilities

  • Aid in the development and execution of communication projects across various channels, including letters, emails, online content, and chatbot scripting.
  • Create high-quality written content for different communication channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation, focusing on accuracy and relevance.
  • Handle multiple projects on tight timelines, providing quick responses to issues requiring remediation with relevant business, IT, and risk partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for processes, programs, and products related to applicable communications.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of writing for a variety of audiences and communications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software, such as content management systems, PolicyTech, and Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Word to track and review document edits.
  • Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and build positive relationships.
  • A strong sense of ownership, proactive initiative, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in marketing- or service-related roles.
  • One to two years of project management experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism, or a combination of bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in customer communications or marketing.
