Senior Associate - Cloud Security Engineer

Role Overview: This position involves supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations, including application onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization. The role requires configuring and maintaining SailPoint ISC solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, policies, and integrations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve onboarding challenges related to identity governance activities.Collaborate with application owners, security teams, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and support project delivery.Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices for SailPoint ISC.Support identity governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with access controls and regulatory requirements.Maintain a professional and ethical work environment, acting with integrity and responsibility. Qualifications & Skills Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including one year with SailPoint ISC.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or five years of relevant experience with SailPoint or similar technologies.Experience supporting SailPoint ISC implementations, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, and IAM migrations.Understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to technical workstreams. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
