About the role
Senior Associate, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer within the Advisory Technology Organization.
Responsibilities
- Support and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations, including onboarding, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Manage SailPoint ISC solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, policies, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities.
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and support project delivery.
- Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures following best practices.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including at least one year with SailPoint ISC.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field; or five years of relevant experience with SailPoint or similar systems.
- Experience with SailPoint ISC implementation aspects like onboarding, role engineering, certifications, workflows, and IAM migrations.
- Understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute to technical workstreams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
