Senior Associate - Cloud Security Engineer

Role Overview: A Senior Associate, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer, supports identity governance and security implementations within the Advisory Technology Organization. Key Responsibilities Support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations, including application onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.Configure and maintain SailPoint ISC solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations.Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities.Collaborate with application owners, security teams, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and support project delivery.Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices.Maintain professionalism and uphold a respectful work environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including one year with SailPoint ISC.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or five years of relevant experience with SailPoint or similar identity security tools.Experience supporting SailPoint ISC implementations, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle, certifications, and IAM migrations.Understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to work independently, support technical workstreams, and support governance initiatives.
