Senior Associate - Cloud Computing

About the role

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Leading GCP infrastructure development using Terraform with a focus on modularity and maintainability.
• Expertise in GCP networking, including network design and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Building secure, reliable connections between on-premises environments and GCP.
• Developing scalable data platforms utilizing services like BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
• Supporting Generative AI initiatives with GCP AI/ML services, especially Vertex AI.
• Implementing security controls, compliance policies, and managing IAM/RBAC.
• Creating automated CI/CD pipelines for GCP resource management using tools like Jenkins or Google Cloud Build.
• Establishing monitoring, logging, and operational tools to ensure platform performance and cost optimization.
• Providing technical mentorship to junior team members and fostering continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of GCP or equivalent cloud experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, and scripting.
• Familiarity with container technologies, infrastructure as code, and source control systems (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
