Senior Associate, Brand Content

About the role
Carat Content is looking for a Senior Associate to work on the Procter & Gamble (P&G) line of business, providing the key supporting role in the development of audience-first, insight-led, storytelling opportunities in support of the broader team and key marketplace vendors on behalf of category and brand remits. The Senior Associate will partner closely with their more senior team members on all content-related projects, including developing and executing a brand content strategy, cultivating new content opportunities, and managing and creating unprecedented entertainment relationships for P&G.
The Senior Associate will provide day-to-day support in fostering and growing relationships with clients, agency partners, and external vendors to drive the vision and business forward. This position is integral in providing creative insight, strategic, and organizational support to P&G’s continued innovation and expansion across all brand entertainment and content initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with team members to help serve category and client content needs
- Support in regular communication of key information and reporting to client team and stakeholders as directed by senior managers
- Provide market reporting and analysis across competitors, consumer, and culture
- Help with gathering data for insight interpretation and provide input into consideration sets
- Help distribute RFPs to partners and coordinate responses, communicate progress, and participate in idea sessions
- Work with senior managers to provide input into content scorecard and assist with client-facing materials and project-manage activation
- Assist more senior team members with upkeep of key status documents
- Support NDA compliance
- Collaborate internally and with media partners to ensure key team initiatives and marketplace discovery are upkept in a timely, organized fashion
- Assist in curating Carat Content newsletter and distributing it to the broader P&G team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in branded content, advertising, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being timeline and deadline-oriented
- Ability to communicate information effectively and confidently in both verbal and written formats
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented mindset
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to show flexibility and be a curious, creative, and quick thinker

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $67,500. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience and other factors permitted by law.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in New York City.
