About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Administrator with 10+ years of expertise in installation, configuration, and support across non-production and production environments. The role involves managing infrastructure, security, and performance tuning, deploying solutions on OpenShift, and ensuring high availability of WebSphere application servers. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and provide technical leadership in BPM/BAW administration, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot IBM BPM/BAW, including Process/Workflow Center and Process/Workflow Server in both non-production and production environments.
- Configure and maintain Apache webserver and support product databases for IBM BPM/BAW using Oracle.
- Perform infrastructure capacity assessments for BAW, forecast database growth, and manage BPM purging and indexing activities.
- Deploy IBM BAW on OpenShift Platform and handle BAW admin roles such as BPMN snapshot deployments, BPM instance purging, and SSL/TLS certificate renewal on Apache.
- Remediate security vulnerabilities for BPM/BAW infrastructure.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using IBM BPM, then develop and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
- Monitor and maintain WebSphere application server to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM BPM/BAW and WebSphere application server.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW Administration.
- Strong knowledge of IBM BAW on OpenShift Platform.
- Expertise in WebSphere application server administration.
- Working knowledge of Apache webserver configuration and maintenance.
- Database skills on Oracle to support IBM BPM/BAW product databases.
- Working knowledge of Linux and scripting skills.
