About the role
Acting as the main contact for investors and fund managers via email and phone.
Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and assignments according to fund documents and AML/KYC requirements.
Communicate transaction updates to fund management.
Prepare and verify investor statements against fund accounting data.
Handles distribution of investor statements and related documents based on instructions.
Prepares wire transfer instructions using various online banking platforms.
Confirms cash activity was processed and communicated to accounting/management.
Ensures compliance with department procedures and participates in process improvements.
Fosters a team-oriented environment by training new staff and offering constructive feedback.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Typically 1-4 years of experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration, Investor Services, or related fields in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including advanced functions).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
