Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, including campaign development and learning agenda execution across multiple channels: email, digital marketing and direct mail.
  • Leverage performance metrics, consumer research, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, build testing frameworks, and optimize campaigns to improve results.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business and internal stakeholders (Delivery Lane, Brand, Data Analytics, Channel Partners, Legal, Compliance and Operations) as well as internal and external creative agencies to ensure marketing assets are on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on schedule.
  • Influence decision-making and business outcomes by translating complex business goals into clear creative briefs, test plans, and data-backed storytelling for leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and complex, matrixed environments while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, project management, brand strategy, or digital and product marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams, and developing creative optimization frameworks.
