Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated family law matters involving high-conflict disputes, high-net-worth divorces, custody issues, support matters, prenuptial agreements, and complex financial cases.
- Focus on strategic problem-solving, negotiation, and creative resolution strategies that help clients protect their families, assets, privacy, and long-term goals.
- Provide a personalized, client-centered approach that recognizes both the legal and emotional aspects of family law.
- Work with State-of-the-Art Clients making a meaningful impact on today's society and the next generation!
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active New York Bar admission or similar.
- 10+ Years of Family Law Attorney experience.
- Experience handling divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and matrimonial matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, client counseling, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Experience as 1st Chair in trials.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
