Family Law Attorney - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead complex family law cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and financial affidavits
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and legal research
• Appear in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and external experts (forensic accountants, etc.)
• Develop case strategy and advise high-profile clients
• Maintain accurate billing and case documentation
• Contribute to client development and firm growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of family law experience (required)
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Strong experience in complex / high net worth divorce matters
• Proven litigation experience (hearings, depositions, trials)
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Team-oriented with ability to mentor junior staff
