Senior Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance coverage, policy interpretation, claims, and disputes.
• Manage complex insurance coverage litigation and related matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
• Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and negotiations.
• Review and analyze insurance policies and related documents.
• Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 5-7+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance bad faith litigation.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar required; Oregon admission is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and sound judgment.
