Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on insurance coverage, policy interpretation, claims, and disputes.
- Manage complex insurance coverage litigation and related matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
- Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and negotiations.
- Review and analyze insurance policies and related documents.
- Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 5-7+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance bad faith litigation.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar required; Oregon admission is a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and sound judgment.
