About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role focuses on representing local government clients and handling real estate and land use matters, including transactional and regulatory work.
Responsibilities
- Advise local government agencies on legal and regulatory matters
- Handle real estate transactions, contracts, and development-related issues
- Represent clients in land use and zoning matters, including hearings and approvals
- Provide general counsel services to municipal clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and ordinances
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years of experience preferred in real estate, land use, or local government law
- Experience with real estate transactions and contracts strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
