About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to handle complex civil litigation from intake to resolution, work directly with clients, and provide mentorship to junior associates. National travel is required up to three times monthly.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil litigation from intake to resolution
• Work directly with clients
• Provide mentorship to junior associates
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal courts

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree
• Admission to The Missouri Bar
• At least 36 months of experience as an associate attorney
• Strong legal analytical and writing skills
• Proficiency in English
