Senior Associate Attorney

About the role

We are an established Illinois Divorce Law Firm covering Will, Grundy, Kendall, DuPage, Kane, Cook, etc seeking two (2) internet savvy, friendly, intelligent, experienced Divorce Attorneys to provide excellent divorce legal work and representation.

Responsibilities

• Handling cases from start to finish: drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, gathering evidence, appearing in Zoom Court, negotiating agreements, etc.
• If an "in person" Court appearance is needed, our trial attorney will cover the call and work in concert with you to achieve our client's goals.
• For the second position, you will also cover "in person" Court dates: hearings, pre-trials, and trials.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in divorce law.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Consider divorce law to be your chosen profession.
• Organized, diligent, and committed to providing professional divorce representation.
