Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cases from start to finish, with the assistance of an excellent legal support team.
• Draft motions, responses, and pleadings.
• Analyze discovery, develop case strategy, and prepare for and conduct trials.
• Trial experience is preferred, and appellate experience is another big plus.

Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation experience
• Significant writing/briefing experience
• Significant litigation experience
• Oregon State Bar membership
• JD degree

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills
• Experience in a plaintiff- or defense-side background
• Hybrid schedule available after in-office training period
