Senior Associate in Accounting Advisory Services within the Deal Advisory practice, supporting clients with complex accounting issues.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice on U.S. GAAP and IFRS application
• Supporting due diligence with transaction analysis and documentation
• Serving as a resource for foreign filings and acquisitions
• Researching and interpreting complex accounting structures and literature
• Delivering technical accounting support in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience with FASB or GASB standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA eligibility; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and FASB pronouncements
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
