Senior Associate, Accounting Advisory Services

About the role

Senior Associate in Accounting Advisory Services within the Deal Advisory practice, supporting clients with technical accounting guidance and transaction analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical advice on U.S. GAAP and IFRS application.
• Assist with due diligence, transaction analysis, and documentation of accounting implications.
• Serve as a technical resource for foreign company filings and foreign acquisitions.
• Research and interpret complex structures and accounting literature.
• Deliver support on engagements in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of experience with FASB or GASB standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA eligibility or certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and technical accounting literature.
• Willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
