Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering technical advice on U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting literature.
• Support due diligence processes, including transaction analysis and documentation of accounting implications.
• Serve as a technical resource for foreign company filings in the U.S. and foreign acquisitions by U.S. companies.
• Research and interpret complex structures and accounting standards using various resources.
• Provide technical accounting support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience with FASB or GASB standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA eligibility preferred; CPA/license is a plus.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and related accounting literature.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
