Senior Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Enthusiastic and personable individual to manage clients' needs
  • Handle a dedicated book of business
  • Information gathering, preparing applications, quoting, renewal marketing, handling of endorsements and accurate file documentation, etc.
  • Interact and create relationships with producers, and carriers

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School degree
  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
  • Microsoft suite of products, AMS360 experience a plus
  • Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy
  • Accuracy in this position is critical
  • Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
