Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage
- All aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18
- The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required
