Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:
- Supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
- Developing staff
- Controlling expenses and shrinkage
- All aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- In adherence with all Company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
