Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:
- Selling and profitability
- Staff development
- Expense and shrinkage control
- Merchandising and inventory control
All tasks are conducted in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Physical demands: Exceeding 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience required

Pay & Schedule
Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
