Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:

  • Selling and profitability
  • Staff development
  • Expense and shrinkage control
  • Merchandising and inventory control

All tasks are conducted in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Physical demands: Exceeding 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience required

Pay & Schedule

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position works up to 38 hours per week.
