Key Responsibilities

• Aid in managing the bakery's daily operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain bakery staff.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Serve as the Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership during all shifts.
