This position blends strategic counseling, regulatory and legislative analysis, and litigation into a multifaceted role. The applicant should feel comfortable speaking before courts, writing letters and briefs, and advocating Wyoming's interests to federal and state officials and the general public.

Qualifications
- PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS: To the extent that you are already familiar with environmental law and civil litigation, administrative law, or some of the unique challenges that arise when representing a government agency, we want you to apply. To the extent that you are not familiar with these areas of law, but you have an interest, we still want you to apply. Knowledge
Those with experience and/or interest in natural resources and environmental law are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of federal and state natural resource, environmental, and energy laws.
Education
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Juris Doctorate

This position is At-will and is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Attorney General (W.S. 9-1-608).
