Senior Art Director, Brand Experience - Temporary
This is a temporary, US-based, W2 hourly role (Eastern Timezone preferred) starting immediately through August 31, 2025, with a possibility of extension.
About the role
We are searching for a temporary Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. You will create conceptual yet performance-driven work—such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages—while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategies that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences across channels. You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals, applying audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices.
Responsibilities
- Create performance-driven creative work for paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while adhering to client branding requirements.
- Develop on-brand creative activations based on strategic frameworks to engage specific audiences across channels.
- Partner with internal teams to conceptualize and execute ideas that enhance response strategies and meet client goals.
- Apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to creative work.
- Design content tailored to unique audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative advertising and performance creative.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a relevant field).
- Experience creating for Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, Social, and Digital Experiences, including video.
- Working knowledge of web usability, accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods.
- Brand development experience.
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 - $75.00, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
