Senior Art Director

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼

• Lead creative delivery, developing concepts, and executing exceptional presentations while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality visual excellence.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, and presentations showcasing our creative capabilities and solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior Art Directors, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Aid in managing and prioritizing tasks, both yours and those of junior colleagues, to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support the establishment of standards for art direction and best practices within the team.
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, both within the team and on projects, by staying updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Identify and drive opportunities to expand client scopes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️

• 4-6 years of experience working with creative.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe CC, Figma), graphic design principles, and digital marketing best practices (channels, formats, testing).
• Exceptional ability to ideate, evaluate, and implement strategic insights into innovative and high-quality visual concepts that align with the brand's goals and resonate with the target audience.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, that build trust and lasting client relationships.
• Deep understanding of how to leverage creative strategy and digital best practices to meet business objectives.
