Senior Art Director
About the role
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will spearhead Rocket Money’s brand identity development and execution. You will collaborate with product research teams within Rocket Money and draw learnings from the broader Rocket brand ecosystem to help us develop an engaging brand identity that supports our growth. The scope of this role goes well beyond design and visual aspect of the brand and it encompasses our tone, voice, CRM, appstore, and landing page strategy, as well as offline advertising and organic presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand discovery and development through series of research, brainstorm, and test
- Integrate brand into CRM and owned properties (performance focused) by creating scalable assets for push notifications and emails for rapid testing
- Own performance landing page strategy (mobile & web) by testing designs to unlock high converting templates with reusable components
- Contribute to brand driven performance advertising experiments
- Own testing and strategy on appstore presence
- Support offline advertising with strong brand components
- Evaluate and grow organic presence starting with Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube
- Manage a variety of projects with different timelines and deliverables effectively
- Define and track metrics that reflect efficacy of our effort in each area you lead and manage
Requirements
7+ years in brand/art direction, owning brand systems across owned properties, CRM assets, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns
Strong storytelling and communication; comfortable presenting to execs
Portfolio across brand identity, design systems, CRM/email design, landing pages, and offline work
Mastery of Figma, familiarity with front-end constraints
Experience managing a small team of designers
Experience with CRM platform Braze and landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage)
UX/CRO, accessibility, and performance-driven design knowledge
Qualifications
Nice-to-have: Experience in software/consumer brands with heavy organic growth, Motion graphics/video skills, TV/OOH campaign experience
Skills
Strong portfolio across brand identity, design systems, CRM/email design, landing pages, and offline work

Pay
Salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 + bonus + benefits, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.
