Responsibilities

• Generate clear ideas and concepts across media
• Be a good collaborator with internal teams to bring the work to life
• Take on the role of trusted advisor to clients to help their brands stand out
• Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
• Take work from concept to final execution
• Help push your team towards great work

Requirements

• 7+ years of advertising experience
• Superior design and conceptual skills
• Highly proficient in Adobe design tools
• High level of comfort with using AI to fuel and refine your work
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A strong portfolio of work
